The seller took over two weeks to respond to my initial order. He was non-responsive for 3 messages over that time period where I was just trying to make sure he had the things he needed for the project. I had to go through fiverr resolution to get him to respond 16 days after my initial order went in. The work he did was sub-par. It lacked any imagination or creativity or effort. He right away said that one part of my re-design was "impossible" even though I still think that was just being lazy. After wasting the first 16 days not responding he then proceeded to do very little work, make excuses, not follow direction and then was really pushy about rushing me to accept the files.
