It is complete go thru of architectural and software patterns, coding best practices matched with by Martin Fowler, Swift/Obj C Guide & Conventions, and other industry-leading companies like GitHub. The final review will have references to each.
Reviews are done by informal walkthroughs and formal inspections of bad programming practices, security loopholes, ignoring Apple Guidelines, Appstore recommendations, reduction possibility in app size and so on.
